Week 40: Letter of the Alphabet

My son loves to do ice smashing. Every time I freeze the water I include several of his toys that I don't mind being his with a hammer. Today he has 3 letters included: J,K and S.

Week 39: Raw

The raw beauty of a dead bloom.

Schowalter's Maternity Session

I am so excited to present the Schowalter's with their maternity photos.  Claire and I became fast friends and when she originally told me she never had maternity pictures taken with her first son, it about broke my heart.  For such a sweet family, I wish them nothing but the best of luck in welcoming baby Frank to the world in the next few days.  I know he will be taken care of by his older brother, Vinnie.  Congratulations and I can't wait to do newborn pictures for you!

Enjoy!

Week 36- After 5pm

Dirty feet showing me how active my little man is through out the day. Taking one last trip to play outside before the sun goes down and enjoying the last of the sunlight. Because tomorrow it will start all over.

Week 35: Unconventional

My little man all tattooed and still so quiet when outside. He is a heartbreaker

Week 34: Grateful

I am grateful that the Everglades are still in existence. My family and I live less than 5 miles away from the border of them for the last year and a half. This week we finally drove 15 minutes and took an airboat ride so that we could see alligators and the natural beauty that the Everglades hold. It is amazing what all lives in the Glades.

Week 33: Busy

Little man has been busy reading his books lately. He has to have them all out at once!

Week 32: Over and Under

My green beans took over my sunflowers. Winding over and under through the leaves.

Week 30: Something New

New week my husband got a new motorcycle after an unfortunate mishap happened on the other one. We decided to find a babysitter and head for a day trip down to Key West and back. What a beautiful ride all the way down US-1. Instead of taking pictures of the bike, I decided to take pictures from my perspective on it.

Week 29: Daily Activities

Each day we try to get outside and play. It's been rainy for a while here in Miami.  But we had a break in the sky and I had to have this kid burn off some energy. Even if it is 5 minutes on the patio, we need outside time everyday.

Week 28: Simple

My little man is anything but simple. However, put his jet pack on him he is ready to blast off at any moment. He loves to ride his bike and pretend he is Lightening McQueen or he is on his own motorcycle trying to rev the engines. Little boys are anything but simple.

Week 27: Wild

We went to a botanical garden this week and inside is a butterfly house with thousands of exotic and now some native butterflies flying around.  Being enclosed in a huge house is about as wild as these butterflies will ever get but they are gorgeous.

Week 24: Little and Small

This is my Night-blooming Cereus that decided to bloomed last night.  Little flower, small piston. It only blooms for one night, by morning it is all closed up and ready to be cut.
